GravityKit\GravityMigrate\Schema\ThirdPartyStorage

Table and meta names that belong to other plugins.

These are not ours to choose, and most are interpolated into raw SQL rather than passed as an argument, so a typo produces a query that runs and matches nothing: a View that is never selected looks exactly like a site with no Views.

Neither carries the table prefix; each caller supplies it.
