Filter: gfpdf_gv_render_degraded
Whether the render in progress degraded, and so must not be written to the PDF cache.
The seam for an integration whose own render lost something this plugin cannot see: return true and the document is still served, just never stored. Returning false caches whatever the render managed to produce for the full TTL — only where the missing content is expected and permanent.
