Action: gfpdf_gv_directory_html
Read the mark-up a directory render streams to mPDF.
A directory template returns nothing — it streams through this writer — so Gravity PDF's ?html=1 debug dump, which echoes what the template returned, has nothing to show. This is where that mark-up can be read from instead.
Fires once per block in write order. The stylesheet writes through as the template runs; the body blocks are queued and do not fire until {@see \flush()}. $writer comes with it so a listener holding the first block can drain the queue itself.
