Returns the column layout mode for a form when fields are hidden by conditional logic.
- fill: Fields slide left or move up a row to fill vacated slots (default).
- fixed: Spacers reserve vacated slots so fields stay in their own columns.
- slide: Fields in the same row slide left to fill vacated slots; spacers collect at the end of the row.
