This hook supports dynamic naming with the following modifiers:

Whether to prefix CSV cells that start with a formula character with a single quote.
Text cells that start with =, +, -, @ (after any spaces), a tab or a line break get the prefix, following the OWASP guidance on CSV injection. Plain numbers like -5 are never prefixed.
