Merge tag {payment_method}

Payment method. How the payment was taken, as the payment add-on recorded it, such as "Credit Card" or "PayPal". Empty on an entry with no payment: Gravity Forms stores an empty method, not none.

On the test entry, {payment_method} gives Stripe.
