Filters the URL of the `[gv_entry_link]` output for an action.

## Parameters

| $url | `string\|null` | The URL, or null when nothing handles the action. |
| $action | `string` | The link action. |
| $entry | `array` | The entry. |
| $view_id | `int` | The View ID. |
| $post_id | `int\|string` | The ID of the post the link points to. |
| $settings | `array` | The shortcode settings. |
| $is_lightbox | `bool` | Whether the link opens the entry in a lightbox. |
