Filter: gk/foundation/merge-tags/products
Filters the product-slug => definition map before it is merged into the catalog.
A definition has the same shape as a schema/definitions/*.php file's return value: product, tags, modifiers, and optionally version (the installed version, which gates requires), annotations (facts about another product's entries, by entry id) and verified_against. Key it by the product's slug; it replaces a shipped definition with the same slug. A malformed definition is dropped, and so is a malformed entry, without affecting the rest (see DefinitionValidator).
